Working with skin tones

This weeks challenge at Copic Creations was to work with faces and skin tones. Skin tones can be tricky. I'm still really new at working with Copic markers but I feel like the more I practice the easier they are to work with and the more I like them! For this challenge I used a Whiff of Joy stamp. I only have four markers I would consider using for skin tones. there are a few more that I still would like to get like E000. The four markers I use for faces/blush are E00,E02,R02,YR00.
Suzanne Dean put together this awesome video on you tube on coloring faces.

So, here is what I came up with.

The one on the right I used a little darker skin and kept the one on the left lighter. If you actually click on the photo it comes out much clearer. I'm not sure why its blurry on the actual page. I'm still new to this whole blog thing. This is also the first time I used my white pen to add some highlights. Thanks Suzanne for the idea!
