Celebrating 40 cartridges...

So, I won the hello kitty cartridge on ebay this week for only $28! I was happy. That brings my total to 40 cartridges. Hmmmm I think it might be an obsession or something. It has taken me over 3 years to accumulate them though. When did cricut come out? 2006??? I got it the first month it was out and have been hooked ever since.

This week I decorated my daughters mirror in her bathroom using the gypsy wanderings and the stone script font. I will post some pictures of that later. I had found some vinyl on clearance at Michaels so I thought I would try out the cricuts abilities to cut vinyl. Worked like a charm. :) I was happy with it and kennedy likes her new mirror. Problem is my son was jealous! :) So, I promised to cut out something for his mirror sometime this week. I'm thinking about a few dinosaur cuts from the paper dolls cartridge.

My daughters bathroom is in hello kitty so i was super excited to get the hello kitty font cartridge. I really want the greetings cartridge but I cant bring myself to pay the amount it is going for on ebay and such. I do have a $100 cricut.com reward coming from the rebate of the gypsy so maybe i'll use it on that. I'm torn between the hello kitty greetings, from my kitchen or the Childs year.
