Let me just start off by saying I love my imagine! :) It is so awesome. That being said I am a little disappointed in the Mr. Frosty cartridge. I loved the handbook online so I ordered it. However, It is not showing up on my imagine the same as the handbook.

Thank you for sharing that video...that is a bit strange. I would absolutely email a link to this video to Provocraft and then call them on Tuesday and if you must then stay on the phone with them and send it again to whomever your talking with. Your video is awesome for demonstrating the problem.
