photoshop photos mix of black and white with pop of color

I'm really having fun with my photoshop elements. There is feature on it to make just one image be color with the background black and white. Don't look too closely at this cause i missed one strand of hair and colored one part of the background i shouldnt have. But for the first time I think its pretty good! Thought maybe i'd look around for a book on elements or something. For now though i'm finding tutorials online.

So here is the photo. What do you think? isnt that fun?

oh course i find this tutorial after the other ones. I think this one makes it look so much easier. I didn't know how to correct mistakes and he showed how to do that in the walk through.
